City Leaders Continue Discussion on Potential North Canton Cottage Village
Canton City Council members are persistently discussing a potential concept plan for city-owned property in the Laurel Canyon area, known as the "North Canton Cottage Village." The two-acre property, nestled between two apartment complexes and behind a shopping center, could potentially be used for affordable housing. Professional services from Keck and Wood to aid in development and planning are expected to cost over $102,000. The council has been considering design plans throughout the year and is expected to vote on the potential agreement in their upcoming meeting on December 21.
