From Facebook: Petria Atkins from Athens posted “BOLO Be on the lookout for this man in downtown Athens Ga. He assaulted me and told me I was “lucky he couldn’t kidnap me because there were so many people around”. When I told him to leave me alone he continued to follow me for a mile and a half. I eventually had to ask the police for an escort to my car so that he didn’t follow me home. Charges have been pressed but the police are saying it’s not much they can do because they didn’t whiteness it! So please don’t go anywhere alone and always keep something on you ladies !! Be safe”
