Georgia man charged with intentionally injuring man with car

Today is Friday August 4th, and I'm Brian Giffin.Stanley Grant, a 26-year-old man from Sylvania, was recently arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery. According to an arrest warrant filed by the Cherokee Sheriff's Office, Grant intentionally drove his car into another person after a verbal confrontation at a RaceTrac gas station in southwest Cherokee County. The incident occurred back on April 16th between 9 and 11 p.m. The victim suffered a broken left leg as a result of the alleged incident. Grant is currently held in the Cherokee County jail without bond.
