Lawrenceville man arrested in deadly shooting at shopping plaza on Pleasant Hill Road
A 26-year-old Lawrenceville man, Neil Patrick Frasdilla, was arrested following a deadly shooting in the parking lot of a shopping plaza on Pleasant Hill Road. The victim, identified as Darius Devon Dugger, 46, also from Lawrenceville, was killed in the incident. Frasdilla faces charges of felony murder, three counts of aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The motive behind the shooting is still under investigation. Witnesses called 911 after observing the shooting, and law enforcement swiftly located and detained the suspect, leading to his arrest within approximately 45 minutes of the incident.
