For the third straight year, River Ridge’s first-round playoff matchup was relatively painless as it cruised to a 70-36 home win over Alexander on Tuesday night.
The Knights jumped out to a 24-6 first-quarter lead and continued that dominance throughout the night. Allie Sweet scored River Ridge’s first six points as it pounded the ball inside and made use of a substantial size advantage.
