There was not much stress involved in River Ridge’s 75-39 Region 6AAAAAA tournament win over Rome on Tuesday night.
The Knights jumped out to a 26-6 advantage after the first quarter, securing either a No. 1 or 2-seed in the Class AAAAAA state playoffs. They kept the Wolves at arm’s length all night, playing stifling defense and hitting shots from all over the floor.
