Listen to the Episode

Show Notes

A Woodstock woman and her son were convicted Tuesday of felony charges connected with the Jan. 6, 2021 riots at the U.S. Capitol.

Lisa Eisenhart, from Woodstock, and her son, Eric Munchel, of Nashville, were found guilty Tuesday by U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth.

Their case was tried in what’s called a stipulated bench trial, in which defendants do not admit guilt to charges, but agree with prosecutors about certain facts and the judge decides the case without a jury.
