Police: Man Exposed Himself to Children on Marietta Square
Last weekend, a 38-year-old man named Matthew Justin Bishop was arrested on serious charges after allegedly exposing himself to two young children on Marietta Square.
The incident occurred on September 15th at around 5:25 p.m. The children, aged 7 and 9, reportedly ran to their parent in distress. Bishop faces multiple charges, including second-degree cruelty to children and child molestation—both felonies—as well as public indecency, which is a misdemeanor. He was taken into custody later that evening and is currently held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
Authorities urge anyone with additional information to come forward.
