Woodstock is undergoing significant development and road improvements. The Woodstock City Center, featuring retail, restaurant, entertainment spaces, condos, and a parking deck, is set to be completed by late 2024. Other residential projects include The Flatiron, South on Main, Trilium (formerly Brownlee Assemblage), Ridgewalk Apartments, Aldyn Townhomes, and Vista Ridge. Road projects include improvements at Highway 92 and Main Street, Dupree Road and Main Street, a roundabout at Arnold Mill Road and Neese Road, the I-575 Ridgewalk Parkway Interchange, and the I-575 Towne Lake Parkway Interchange. These projects aim to enhance walkability, alleviate congestion, and improve the overall infrastructure of Woodstock.
